Praga in Warsaw
Praga districts are located on the Eastern Part of Warsaw - to the left of Wisla river. The architecture of Pragas are influenced by socialist realism as they were rebuilt after World War II.
In general poorer residents of Warsaw live on this side. Property in this part is cheaper than on the right side of Warsaw. However towards the end of the South East of Warsaw is Jozefow - the richest county in Poland. It is located amidst a forest and features one of the most pretty residential buildings in all of Warsaw.
One can find some good hotel deals in the Praga area - for example Arkadia hotel which is located only 15 mins away from the center of Warsaw costs only 35 dollars. A similar standard hotel in Old Town or center of Warsaw would cost twice as much.
